1st: Phone screening with a recruiter 2nd: Phone interview with hiring manager 3rd: Email test, send an example of how to respond to a customer email inquiry 4th: Video panel interview (all separately) with VP of customer success, a peer in the role, and the hiring manager. Throughout the whole process, the recruiter (Margee who I worked with) was SO helpful. She prepped me for my interviews and checked in to see if I had questions.

Extremely fast process, each step followed up by the recruiter asking for feedback & providing next steps. The most streamlined and efficient interviewing process I’ve had yet so far. Each step provided more clarity and expectation setting to the role.
