The process took 4-5 weeks. In general, it was a great experience. There were four stages: - Initial screening. - Live coding challenge. - Take-home project. - Three interviews: live coding, system design and interview with an engineering manager. They were thinking too much after completing all the steps and, at the end, I was not given an offer because I had a few weaknesses to work on. I was motivated by the recruiter to apply again after a year since they though I have great skills. I highlight the well performance of the HR tema (recruiters). They were supporting me along the process, giving me useful tips in order to succeed in each stage. It was really good receiving some feedback after each interview. I would really like how they treated me. All the interviewers were so kind.
