- Online Assignment (HackerRank) - Behavioral - Technical - Final Round The HackerRank assignment is not LeetCode-y, but instead focused on practical problems considering the role you're applying for. There were 3 different exercises and they were quite reasonable and made sense for the job I was applying for. I was prepared for more algorithmic style of questions, so I performed badly in the HackerRank. Nonetheless, in less than 24 hours, they invited me to the next step, the behavioral interview; I was really surprised. During the behavioral interview there was some networking issues with the call and sometime I could not hear the interviewer correctly, so I had to ask to repeat some sentences. After this last interview, I was contacted after about 10 days with an email in which they politely turned me down. The thing is, with my bad HackerRank performance, I really do believe that was the thing that got me out of the process, and I would have loved to hear it instead of hearing lies (they say in the behavioral that my performance was good, which is weird as I have only completed like half of it). By hearing these lies I was really excited for the next steps, which never occurred. Also, the official recruiting document they give you seem to follow my suspicions as it states that you are invited to the technical interview only if you pass the HackerRank assignment, and in the meantime they also schedule the behavioral interview to get to know you better. Another weird thing is that in the behavioral I got told the office location I applied to was not available, so they asked me if I was available working for other locations, but they were still very professional. Overall, even if there were some issues, the whole process is very clear and professional.
