it starts with application submission online Interview process is very simple. apply from website and you will get call or email for further discussions. then telephonic interview. if you pass then you will go for one to one interview.

worst management ever, 2 technical rounds and HR round. I will suggest that you should not go to this company. Although it is a start-up the structure is not proper. they have 2 years bond and salary for probation period is only 10K and after Probation 15K over that the hike will be given from the next cycle.

the first round was HR then technical round in which a Java Program was given and basics of Java were checked, after that CEO itself took the interview as I was the first to go he started with SDLC and trust me he is the most arrogant person you could ever think of he rejected me by saying " submit me a PPT for SDLC cycle in your own words". He asked me about my one year gap after engineering, I told him about my classes and he was like you could have done it home why join classes.
