Recruiter reached first then had a brief screen call, then was scheduled for an in person on-site interview to meet the team. 1st interview was with one of the managers, basic interview questions and got an overview of the company. 2nd interview was with two software leads with some more basic interview questions and a simple coding problem. 3rd interview was with 4 more team members with more general interview questions then was asked to solve 1 out of 3 basic technical pseudo code problems (pretty laid back, more so cared about thought process than writing code out because time was short). 4th interview was supposed to be with one of the founders but he was out that day. Everyone was nice/friendly but I was ghosted after leaving and never received a decision one way or the other.
