I had a virtual Teams interview first. I then attended a 2nd stage face to face at the offices in Cheltenham. I met my line manager, the director plus 4 other people in the team who I would work with which was really nice. We went over my experience and then they sent time going through their company values and benefits. The vibe at the office was nice. The said they won an award for Best Business 20219 which was cool. At the 2nd interview they let me try reading a job description and matching it to to a CV to show me what to expect. All of my questions were answered and they were all very friendly.
