I had to download google teams for my interview. The interview was with two people in supervisory positions. The ladies were very nice and didn’t make it uncomfortable at all.

Phone interview went well. The interviewer asked questions like what did I do when I handled a difficult customer or how do you deal with technical issues when they arise.
It was a very easy process and quick phone call. I would say practice STAR method to apply to different questions but overall I believe it was a great process.
