I sent in my resume through an online posting and was contacted by email shortly afterwards to set up a one-to-one interview. When I first arrived at the office, I was given an editing test, where I was handed a news story and had to correct it. Once I finished, I was called into the manager's office where the interview was conducted. The interview itself was very simple and straightforward. I was asked about my experiences and why I wanted the job. After interviewing with the manager, I was called in again to meet with the rest of the employees to see if I would be a good fit.
