Started with a good technical interview. Followed by a reasonable coding test that was relevant to the domain.
Then came HR, there was a timed Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) that I had never had to take before.

Meaningless personality/IQ test that you're forced to take on line and on site because they don't trust you.
Very disorganized. At the end of the day I was left alone in a conference room, with nobody providing a formal conclusion of the day or next steps.

I first had an interview with a software engineer which went well and they wanted me to take a 3 hr test. I balked and didn't want to do it as it was alot of time. They BEGGED me as they really wanted me and after 2 or three times going back and forth, I finally caved

The interview questions were a B-tree search (which I don't deal alot with), a javascript function and BUILDING A WEB API WITH A DATASOURCE!!!
