First step was a brief phone interview/screening followed by a pretty generic in person interview. They asked a lot about previous experience as it is an entry level role and how it would apply to the job.
I was invited to a meeting with engineering manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I could tell pretty early on that I wasn't going to get the position simply because I didn't have the necessary skills. The process was pretty painless, not much to say.
