After speaking with an associate at a career fair, we set up a virtual interview over Microsoft Teams. The interview was mainly focused on personality and personal history rather than technical questions
I got the interview through meeting with a university recruiter at a career fair. Shortly after the career fair, they sent out a request for a virtual interview over Teams.
