Colloquio
I applied and they got back quickly. Their office was one big studio divided by a big wall. Not the nicest part of town. I was in a group interview with one other person and there were a lot of interviewees in and out. Ended up getting an offer for the next interview phase but declined based on what they told me I would be doing (selling SharkTank items outside of a Costco)

The interview was held in an old office building with flickering fluorescent lights (first red flag). When I got there there were also about 7 other people also interviewing. Everyone was called into the office 2 at a time without being previously informed this was a group interview (2nd red flag). Was briefed about this being a 'marketing position' and when I asked more questions about what this job would entail/how it was a marketing position I was given vague responses that were word for word what you can read on their website. (3rd red flag) I stayed at this point to be polite. Essentially this is not a marketing position. very cult/pyramid scheme feeling. This job would essentially be one where you set up a table in Costco and try to sell products to customers as they shop. Not at all what they said it was/I could see past their bull
