First round was a phone screening where I was asked behavioral and fit questions. I did not make it past the first round because I had no answer for why I like the brand because I'm a boy.
Very unprofessional interview process. Overall, I was expecting something much more professional and punctual. Was the exact opposite and truly a waste of time. I think they have some people in leadership roles and hiring manager roles that should not be there.
