I was with three other interviewees and we were interviewed by the manager of the store and the assistant manager. It was relaxed and they answered all the questions I had.

For me, I didn't really have much of an interview when I walked in. I had great recommendations from girls who already worked there so they offered me the job on the spot. They gave me a tour of the store and explained what I needed to do for my job. However, when they do have interviews, you may be interviewed with other people at the same time.

Phone interview and in person interview. First store manager called me. Then had an interview at the store. Got a call day after with offer. Interview didn't last long. Really looking at how you present yourself and if your willing to help out. Wear all black! Nothing exciting, but a job is a job and money is money.
