It was a preliminary interview. It was a good experience. My interviewer was very kind. She asked meaningful questions that weren't difficult but sparked good conversations. Since it was a prelim interview I didn't get to hear back and I am interviewing soon.

This was a half hour interview with a team of grade level teachers and administrators and coaches. They took turns asking different questions about classroom management, assessment, teaching, organization, etc.
