It involves 3 phases. Cv screening, an interview and then selection. The interview is conducted by a panel of 4 people, consisting of one lady and 3 men. They are mainly interested in getting to know you and understanding if you have the necessary skills for the said position.

One is allocated like 15-30 minutes per interview. There is a panelist of three interviewers plus a HR representative (they do not participate in the interview process). One is asked the normal interview questions and there is a session for you to ask too.
