Applied online in mid January 2021, reached out for an initial screening call with the internal recruiter ten days later. Progressed to conversations with the hiring manager, their advisor, and others in the company – all conversations seemed to go well, at the end of each conversation everyone stated they would recommend and passed me to the next round.
And then, nothing. Ghosted. They did not respond to any follow up communications. If an organization is this disrespectful to candidates, how are they with their actual employees?
