Chat with the founder and his assistant. It was very unstructured, but our unstructured chat seemed to flow well. Founder ended the interview summarising that I had great experience, fitted culturally, came across really well and we'll continue to talk. I chased twice with no reply, then about 6 weeks later I received an standard rejection email advising me I was unsuccessful.
