I applied online after an associate informed me that Dayspring was hiring. After they reviewed my resume I got a phone call from the office manager to come in for an interview. I met with a panel that consisted of several therapists, the R.D. and a case manager. They described the work environment as "flexible and cooperative" (which turned out to be the absolute truth). I told them about my counseling experiences, what I had liked and disliked about former positions and what I was looking for in a new position. I guess they liked what they heard because I received positive feedback at the end of the interview and received a call a couple days later offering me the job. I've been there for 3.5 years and would not consider leaving except personal circumstances dictate that I do so.
