First interview was informational -- I was able to learn about how the company started, where it's currently at and a little bit about where they potentially see it going. I was also able to learn about what the position I applied for entailed and have a brief tour of the office.
I was called back for a second interview with the CEO and another employee. Talked more specifically about my past experiences, what I felt like I could bring to the company and where I see myself in the future. It was great being able to talk to the founder of the company pretty candidly and learn more about DAYTA Marketing through him.
