Relaxed, more conversational than technical. Dayton Freight is very willing to work with applicants with no previous lift experience so the interview seemed to focus more on personality than specific experience

I sat down with the service center manager and the assistant manager to discuss about the position and then they took me for a walk around the warehouse to get an idea of what I would be doing.
The recruiters were very helpful in connecting and assessing my strengths and what I was looking for. The interview itself was very laid back. The manager was very personable and interested in what I had to offer.
