Three tiers. first was all the applicants (~150) , second tier was brought down to 10 applicants and had screening phone call, third tier was in person interview with top 5 applicants

There was a pretty straight forward phone interview and then an in person interview. In the in person interview you are questioned by 4-5 very nice upper level employees while the HR director grills you with questions and makes snide comments. Very unprofessional.

HR had a set time for me to call in and do an initial phone interview with one of their HR coordinators. Asked basic background questions and why I wanted the position. It was fairly straight forward and behavioral.
