Candidates are invited to participate in two rounds of interviews: one with department level peers and assistant principals and second with the principal. The process was explained well and easy to move through. I enjoyed getting to meet potential colleagues during this process.

I was asked a series of questions about my current employment, my pedagogical knowledge about teaching as well as developmental stages of child development. I was also presented with some case scenarios to see how I would handle certain situations.
