Was called for a phone interview with an HR person that lasted about 30 minutes. Then, took a skills test and a personality test, then was promptly emailed saying that they would like to interview me in person. Went to the site, and interviewed with 2 managers at the same time. I was told I would hear back in a week, heard back 2 weeks later that I was not chosen.
