I interviewed in person for the Solutions Delivery Specialist role, and the experience left me feeling genuinely uncomfortable.
This was not just about not being selected. Companies can move forward with whoever they want. What bothered me was that the in-person interaction felt unusually dismissive and personal in a way that did not feel connected to my qualifications or ability to do the role. I left the interview feeling judged rather than fairly evaluated.
After that, I followed up and received no response, no status update, and no rejection. The role later appeared to be reposted. Seeing the position reopened after an in-person interview and still receiving no communication made the whole process feel even more dismissive and unfair. They only had a small pool of applicants in the first place.
The experience felt cold, unprofessional, and pointed. Based on my experience, I would caution other applicants to be careful about investing time in this process unless expectations around evaluation, next steps, and follow-up are made very clear upfront.
