I had a phone screening with HR and was invited into the office for a second round interview with multiple Marketing Managers. Overall, it was a good experience but it seemed like I was almost over qualified but had barely any experience at that point in my career. I never was sure if they were being overly-friendly or were extremely desperate to fill the role.
