Two rounds of video interviews with no feedback. The second round interviewer was rude. She started the interview with no introduction or even greetings. You won't feel valued there. Overall not a nice experience.

There will be three rounds of interviews. The first round is a phone interview with HR, which will ask some basic beauty-related questions, such as price/ingredients. The second round is an interview with the manager and HR together, which will include questions in both Chinese and English. The third round is an interview with the management. The entire process is very fast-paced, taking only about a week to complete.
