The process started very well with relevant rounds. After 4 rounds (with HR, Hiring manager, Peer / colleagues), they said they were interested to go to the final round & then ghosted me. Then few weeks later they came back with positive news & an apology. But then ghosted me again - after which I received no response. Which seemed not only highly unprofessional, but also a reflection of lack of structure or internal accountability in their entire hiring process. Disappointing, since its such a big corporate
