Assessment day was ran by just two employees who were very relaxed and nice. On the day there was 5 of us being assessed simultaneously. We had 2 group tasks to perform: First we were split into two groups and were assigned a product each, and had 30 minutes to research the product and pitch it to the interviewers. They asked business questions in return, such as how much do you think we stock of this product, what is the manufacturing costs ect. ect. Next we each were given a paper explaining that we were each to represent the viewpoint of different individuals regarding a construction in our local community. One person was an old person who wanted a park with ducks, one wanted extra parking, one a supermarket ect ect.. We each had to argue why our assigned idea was best and then together decide on the best option This was followed individual interviews. They lasted roughly 15-20 mins each. Simple questions about your background and how you would fit in the role, nothing crazy
