Online Application consisting of CV and Covering Letter only. Called 3 weeks later and offered a 1:1 interview onsite. Offered the job a week after. 1:1 Interview a very two way process, consisting of 45 mins of questions and 15 mins of information on the company, where the business is heading, and the finer details of the role its self. Interviewer was professional yet approachable, making the whole situation feel a little less formal.
