tell about hardships you overcome in professional life
Do not waste your time to apply. They are cheating candidates to write internal proposals for them and show no respect to candidates at all.
I applied to their HRBP position. 3 weeks later I received an e-mail from them requesting me to spend 4 hours to solve 2 cases from them within 48 hours as the first step. The design of the cases reflect the lack of HR's understanding of the core values of the company, the the root causes of the people problems they are facing. There were quite several typos and they even stated the wrong deadline.
I asked for having an online meeting so that I could better understand the background of the problems the company is facing, and proposed several ideas during the meeting. The hiring manager gave me really positive feedback during the meeting, but insisted that she needs a written version anyway. I sent her my proposal. And she never replied to my follow-up emails again.
