The interview process involves several stages that I would like to share based on my personal experience. The selection criteria for candidates may vary, and it is not explicitly defined. Initially, there is a group discussion (GD) round where candidates participate in group discussions. Following the GD round, a shortlist of students is created, who then proceed to the Physical Fitness trial. Subsequently, there is a personal interview (PI) round. It is important to note that even if you give your best effort in all these rounds, there is still a chance of rejection. However, if you are not selected, please do not feel discouraged. This particular company may not be the right fit for you. The recruitment process in this company seems to be conducted unethically by the employees, and it can also be quite lengthy. Nonetheless, if you are seeking valuable experience, it might be worth attending the interview. Remember that not being selected does not define your worth or capabilities. There are numerous opportunities available, just like there are countless fishes in the ocean.

3 entretiens qui se sont bien déroulés , mais j'ai ressenti un manque de coordination entre les cadres de l'entreprise. Decathlon gagnerait en crédibilité à avoir des interviews clairs - j'ai sentié que les cadre n'était pas tous sur la même longueur d'onde

Vage communicatie over vrije dagen en onduidelijke afspraken. Vond het jammer en het heeft uiteindelijk ertoe geleid dat ik niet door ben gegaan in deze functie ondanks het feit dat ik al wel aangenomen was.
Primeiro uma entrevista individual para conhecer a minha história e background e depois uma entrevista em grupo com dinâmicas de resolução de problemas, muito interessantes e interativas com os outros candidatos. Foram apresentados vários diretores de loja para conhecer a equipa Decatlhon.
