The initial screen is done through a phone call or a video call it includes basic questions such as where are you from and what do you know about the company
Just a casual talk. Only take 5-10 mins.
The interviewer will focus on the sport you good at (what level are u, how often u play...)
Also, they ask about what is your future plan.

We had several rounds of the interview.
1, Job Application: I applied for the job via the portal
2. Interview Round 1: Manager took an interview of me, face to face
3. Interview Round 2: Another manager took an interview of me, face to face
3. On the job training: Had to attend a round of physical on the job training to support the team and see how it is

Then they have a LOL contract which we have to serve for 5 days to see if we can work and then join
