It was a pleasant experience. Everybody was cooperative. All the processes were made clear. The employees and the head were friendly. I love how there was a group discussion and physical tests as part of the selection process. Quite unique the whole experience was.

Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.
