Approached by a recruiter. Then had a recruiter call for general topics and fit check, then a call with engineering manager for general behavioural questions, system design interview and likely a assignment afterwards. Never got to the assignemt. The system design interview was pretty unclear (especially compared to other companies where I had no problems with them), also clarifying questions didn't help and they were definitely looking out for people already knowing the C4 model. You need to practice that, they don't seem to assume you can learn that at the job.
