A screening call with someone from People to assess fit, followed by a 1-hour interview with the same person where we went more in depth into my background and experience. Then a 1-hour interview with someone from the Optimization team, including a live modelling exercise. The last step was a home assignment that required modelling and coding a Mixed Integer Program.
