Went back and forth with the HR representative to finally get my first interview booked. She asked very basic questions and didn't stray from her script, felt almost like talking to a robot rather than a person. I was told my answers were satisfactory and was given information about how my next interview (technical skill interview) would go. HR Rep said she needed to consult with the team quick then will get back to me on when they are available to interview me as they are quite busy. Turns out, she completely forgot to schedule my next interview and ghosted me. After a few days I emailed her asking about my promised technical interview, only for her to reply over a week later saying "Sorry the position was filled before we could book you." I highly doubt this. Based on her performance of just setting up the first interview, she definitely forgot to consult with the team to book me. Don't waste your time with this company.
