I passed a brief timed excel test and received an invitation to an initial HR screening. I booked the HR interview and on the day of the interview, literally not even 1 hour before it, I received an email from their HR person cancelling it due to her error in scheduling overlapping interviews! She asked me for my availability for the following week to which I replied and after that she just ghosted me. So unprofessional, it makes the company look really bad!

I completed an online test followed by a fit interview with a case study. During the interview, I received very positive feedback: the interviewer explicitly mentioned that my background was interesting, that I was the closest to the real market size among all candidates, and that I would move on to the next round. However, two business days later, I unexpectedly received a rejection email from HR. I reached out both to HR and to the interviewer to better understand the decision, but received no response at all. Given the time invested in preparation and the explicit verbal feedback provided during the interview, the complete lack of follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional.
