Meet with the talent specialist first. Quick and easy interview done via google teams. Followed up by a meeting with the team lead and finally with the department head. Each meeting was about 30 minutes. Booking the meetings was easy and even making a change was simple. Quite easily one of the most well organized hiring processes I have ever experienced.

There were total four rounds of interviews, from TA to regional operational manager, they explained the current situation of company, the responsbilities of this position and the future direction. I introduced my work experiences, also answered some questions about China payroll process, including calculation, social security and income tax.
