It took one full day for the entire process to get over. It was good so that I didn't have to go back and then come again. There were 4 rounds followed by an HR discussion at the end.
The first round started with a thorough technical stuff which was more of a discussion on given problem and both the interviewer and I were able to devise a amicable solution with the interviewer probing at the specifics of the solution or logic offered.
Next rounds were more managerial with the India head taking the last of them.

You could tell they were willing to hire anybody. Yes, almost anybody. You are eligible to be a VP with just few years of experience as Restaurant manager!
