Colloquio
There are 5 interview steps:
1. Introductory interview
2. Technical tests, 2 sessions of 45 mins each
3. Project assignment, deadline in around 1 week
4. Discussion over the project in the previous step
5. Interview with founders, discuss salary etc
I only went through the introductory interview, which was 45 mins and included speaking both with an HR and an engineer who was a member of the team that the job was about.
Both of them were very friendly and laid-back and most of the interview was basically them describing how the company works in general and also the specific project that this job was about. I spoke mostly about my thesis for about 10mins and was asked some questions about it.
I got a mail after a couple days, stating that they have decided not to further proceed with my application, which I think was based on my lack of experience.

The process was very time consuming. An HR interview, followed by a code review/technical interview (which was not too hard), followed by an assignment (for which they gave you one week) and a meeting about the assignment, and a 1 hour long interview with each of the CEOs. Everyone was very friendly and the projects that I was told about were very interesting.
