Interviewed with two people. Very rude attitude plus too stupid to answer any of my basic questions regarding this position. The upper level person was arrogant and just refused to listen to my answer. The hm, who was responsible to guide the interview, didn't do anything to stop this person asking random questions totally unrelated to the position. I feel like they have no knowledge in semiconductor packaging process, putting out vague answers to my every last minute question regarding DoE or DFM(I feel they are more like a small university lab that does not know anything about making sellable products). Avoid this company at all cost.
