      Clown company. Initial interview with the recruiter was great. Next step was with the sales manager - he was great and asked actual important questions. The fun started in the third round interview which was a panel with the CRO and what was supposed to be the VP of sales. VP of sales was on vacation so they had the second interview be with a Senior AE. CRO gave me the very generic "describe your sales process in detail" questions which seemed to go well. He then, without asking my background, told me I wasn't going to be technical enough for the role. I've been selling cloud services for 6 years; it doesn't get much more technical than that. In my current role, I sell a platform in the same vertical that they're looking to sell into - I fully understand the industries. The real fun came when I met with the Sr AE who just spend 30 minutes trying to big man me, then again, without discussing my background, told me I wasn't going to be technical enough while simultaneously bragging that he came there from OneLogin which is just not a technical sale whatsoever. He also just asked a bunch of vanilla questions like "why are you in sales" - If you were expecting any answer other than "money", then you're in the wrong profession. When I asked for feedback at the end of the call, I was told "yeah, I'm not allowed to give feedback". Additionally, the exercise they have you do for the third round involves identifying 2 contacts each at 2 companies that are in their TAM and give examples of emails that you would reach out to them with. I'm never a fan of those - almost makes you feel like they use interviews as a means for outreach content. Overall, really weird last interview.
