The interviewer asked me a list of questions regarding my background and motives. It was through the phone. Pretty chill, but I didn't get too much feedbacks from the interviewer.

1-28, first-round interview, 30-minute phone call ask a series of behavior questions like why this company, why this postion, your bg and experiences etc 2-5 second round 20-min online test: simple math calculation and personality test 2-14: final round 90 min zoom meeting Again ask about various kinds of behavioral questions, I believe like 30 questions and your experiences. Overall, I should say the interviewer was nice, but offers no feedback at all. I think there are 4-5 candidates selected for final round given the selectable appointment time slots. But on Monday the next week, the position was reposted again. Does this mean no one was selected at all??? Besides, the pay for this postion is very confusing. In the first post which I applied for, it says 60k-100k. But for the second repost, it says 80k-140k. I believe there is a 3nd post, which is 60k-100k again. 1 week after my final round, I sent a follow-up mail to the interviewer. As I have email tracker, I know he opened but didn't bother to answer. 2 weeks after that, I sent another follow-up and received a rejection letter very quickly. The rejection letter was kind of formatted and no good feedbacks. It just says my skills don't aligh. This is ridiculous as I got into the final round. Besides, the interviewer kept asking me behavioral questions and no truly deeping into my technical skillsets.
