Interviewers were late to my interview and were very condescending, especially the director who kept emphasising on his background as a scholar. Director didnt have a good idea of how he wanted his center to be run. Just a group of scholars fast-tracked into management with a heavy focus on optical progress. Sad, considering that I had a pretty good impression of DSTA before this.

There were 2 directors and 1 HR, HR was very friendly, I like it that the questions prompted were able to give enough time and space for candidates to introduce themselves and explain why they want to join the company. Directors were also professional enough to explain what the role entails.
