One interview with a panel over the phone and then a decision was made. Very straightforward questions about contracting and knowledge and experience. Slightly intimidating because it is very formal and no feedback is really given.

Agency contacted me within a week after Interview was processed over the phone. 8 people were asking questions. They were asking general stuff such as strength and weakness. Interview lasted 30minutes.
