I participated in a Hiring day challenge that was prepared by DefineX. The challenge had 2 parts, first was the online assessment with 2 leetcode easy questions and the second part was to design specific parts of the product.
After that, I had invited to a technical phone interview, where the tech lead asked me simple algorithmic questions about string manipulation and math and some behavioral questions about specific scenarios with customers.
For my last interview, I was invited to the confirmation interview where I had interviewed by the company COO. During the interview, he asked me about my future career goals, expectations from this company, and questions about me.
In the end, the offer has been made and I accepted it.

It starts with phone call, just for superficial information exchange. Secondly, interview with HR one to one. Thirdly technical interview with senior or principal or both of them. Interviews taking place quite friendly, no need to get strained for it

Easy interview with experienced staff, helpful company which takes into consideration of employee interests. Pretty fast results after interview. It has 3 stages, first stage HR meeting, second stage is technical interview with coding/verbal questions, third stage is administration meeting.
