It was a recruitment day, there were lots of people in one room and we had to do a group activity. It was very basic, standard process and they are mainly looking for how you react with other people. Then I had a brief 10 minute interview with someone who works in Boxes just to find out a bit more about me.

Applied online, received an invite to a face to face interview within a few days, the interview was very laid back and casual. one competency question asked and the rest was just formality questions.
