Delek is really thorough with their process however they keep it light and everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I had 3 different interviews in total and every single time the staff was in constant communication with me and made the whole process seamless. I am extremely happy with the process and look forward to working with these wonderful people.

Met the recruiter at the University career fair. A week later I did an phone a interview with the HR manger than I was invited to the site interview. The question were very based on my experience and some behavior questions.
