So starting from basics, Delhivery came for on campus recruitment in our NIT. Eligibility criteria was 7 cgpa earlier then reduced to 5.5 cgpa Branches Eligible were: PIE, Civil, Mechanical,Electrical Engineering. Process: 1) Google Forms filled by students. 2) 40 students shortlisted for Direct Interviews. 3) Round 1 was scheduled with Senior Manager. It was virtual round on Google meet having both Technical and Hr questions. 4) 12 students shortlisted for 2nd Round. Same schedule and type of interview as Round 1 but with Senior Director. 5) Finally 5 students got offer out of 40. 2 being from Electrical, 3 being from other branches.
